1. Refund Eligibility
- Digital Products (License Keys): Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase if the key is provably non-functional and our support team has been unable to provide a replacement.
- Activated Keys: Once a license key has been successfully activated, it is considered consumed and is not eligible for a refund.
2. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
- Email us at [email protected] or submit a ticket via your Customer Portal
- Provide your order number (or email used at checkout) and describe the issue
- We will respond within 24 hours and resolve within 48 hours
3. Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method (Visa/Mastercard / PayPal) within 5–10 business days. For Binance Pay/Crypto refunds, USDT will be returned to the same wallet address.
4. Chargebacks & Disputes
